The Council have now put the main documents relating to the application on their web site. This includes representations from the town/parish councils and the Environment Agency.

To access:

- Make a note of the Application Reference; 08/00603/FUL

- Click on Public Access for Planning: http://195.99.151.54/publicaccess/tdc/DcApplication/application_searchform.aspx

- Type 08/00603/FUL into the Application Reference field. Click Search.

- Click the arrow at the end of the application summary

- Click on the Associated Document folder and then on View Associated Documents.

And there they are. The ‘Envag’ is the Environment Agency Response.
